1. Gensco trip reservations fill quickly. In order to ensure your spot, please register by November 1, 2025. Registrations received after November 1, 2025, will be filled based on availability. All trip registrations close December 31, 2025.
  2. Only Gensco stocked products from participating Great Escape vendors qualify for point accrual. Specials and non-stocks will NOT accrue points toward Great Escape and Dealer Support points.
  3. Qualifying purchases start January 1, 2025, and end December 31, 2025.
  4. Dealer Support points not used towards any qualifying Gensco trip are forfeited at year end. Great Escape and Equipment Dealer Support points have no cash value.
  5. The Trip is valid only for travel and hotel on the scheduled dates of our group’s trip. No exceptions.
  6. If unforeseen circumstances arise, Gensco may have to reschedule the trip. This includes but is not limited to Pandemics, national disasters, weather, and all unforeseen circumstances.
  7. Earned trips may not be sold or transferred and are not redeemable for cash, credit or product.
  8. To participate in these trips, Dealer must stay current with no balance* past due. Dealers must be current the month before Gensco’s annual trip(s) in order to attend. *Exception would be disputed invoice.
  9. Dealers may buy-in to a Gensco trip, buy in amount will be $1.00 for every point short of total. If the dealer is on COD terms with Gensco, the amount will be due prior to trip upon sign up.
  10. The trip(s) are sold as couple packages only. Points may not be used for third or fourth persons’ airfare or hotel.
  11. The Gensco trip package is based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified. Single occupancy costs are outlined on the registration site when available.
  12. Children are allowed on the Great Escape trips. Please register these third and fourth persons at the time of registration. Additional hotel and airfare rates may apply. Points may not be used for third and fourth attendees.
  13. Late registered third and fourth persons may have to take a different flight and pay the airfare difference from Gensco’s contracted airfare rate. Additional charges to published cost for third and fourth person in room may apply for late registrations.
  14. Once airline tickets have been issued, you will be responsible for the full amount of the ticket, and the tickets are yours to keep.
  15. Land-only packages are not available except where noted.
  16. The trip package does not cover the costs of personal items, meals, gratuities to hotel staff, incidentals or options associated with the trip, such as changes to the flight schedule, cost of additional nights, lodging, refreshments not provided by Gensco, personal purchases,  sightseeing, golf, etc., unless specifically listed as a part of the included Gensco activities.
  17. Release of liability: Gensco maintains no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of any air, water or surface carrier, ship line, bus or limousine company, transportation company, hotel, restaurant or other person or entity furnishing services, products or accommodations as part of the trip. All of these suppliers are independent contractors. Gensco shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any person or entity not a direct employee of Gensco, (2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumental, service, product or accommodation that is owned, operated, furnished or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, (3) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act of omission on the part of any other person or entity not under the direct control of Gensco or (4) by any other condition or event whatsoever beyond the direct control of Gensco.
  18. During the trip, participants may have the opportunity to participate in various optional tours, athletic activities, excursions, side trips and water sports. Gensco shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity arising out of or relating to said participation.
  19. Additional rules specific to each trip will be posted on the individual website pages for each trip on GenscoCustomer.com.
  20. Gensco reserves the right to interpret these official rules and regulations.
